Gabe Perrottet
Gabe is an experienced financial services lawyer and regulatory and government affairs advisor.
In private practice, Gabe advised Australia's largest financial institutions and government clients on financial services law and regulation, and managed relationships with regulators. As a public policy advisor and regulatory counsel to leading Australian and global FinTechs, he has solved legal, regulatory, and government affairs challenges for companies operating at the coal-face of regulatory change. Together, these experiences give Gabe a unique insight into the challenges FinTechs face, and how best to solve them.
Gabe has advised on all areas of financial services law affecting the FinTech industry, has led complex licensing applications with ASIC, APRA and AUSTRAC, and has a track record of achieving real outcomes for FinTechs through effective public policy advocacy and government engagement.
